Delivery Information

At Vibrators Australia we always try our best to ensure that your order reaches you in time and in perfect condition. On your part, kindly ensure that the address you enter in the order form is correct. Note that if your order is sent to the wrong address and is shipped back to us, the freight charges paid for dispatch are non-refundable. Also, you’ll incur a delivery fee to get your order shipped again.

Our free delivery on orders over $200 only applies to deliveries made within Australia only.


We have chosen the following delivery and courier services to provide fast and safe delivery to our clients:

Fastway Couriers, Australia Post, Comet, Express Post Satchels.


All these services provide tracking and your tracking number will be emailed to you on dispatch of order and is available for you to check in your purchase history on our website.

All deliveries will be made during normal business hours to the requested address. When we ship by courier we recommend that you’re available on the expected day of delivery as we require confirmation of receipt of the parcel through signature. If no one is available to sign and confirm receipt of the order, a card will be left informing you of attempted delivery.  There will be three attempted deliveries and then the goods will be held at a dispatch service center and a card will be left giving details about the location where you can claim your order during normal business hours.

If the parcel remains unclaimed after a predetermined period (generally 30 days), it will be returned to us. In such cases, re-dispatch fees will apply should you wish to have the order resent to your address. The dispatch fees on the initial order will not apply and is non-refundable.

We strive to ensure that all orders placed through our website, mail order and phone are packaged and handled with utmost care. However, in the rare cases where accidents and errors occur and orders arrive with faulty, damaged, less (or more), or with unordered items we urge our clients to contact our Customer Support Department within 48 hours of receipt of the order. A customer support agent will provide instructions on how to send back the items for one of the remedial measures outlined in our returns policy.

We understand that you want your orders to remain as discrete as possible. We guarantee maximum privacy in all transactions you conduct with our business.

All international orders are carefully packaged so that they do not incur any kind of damage while on transit. We use the best packaging materials to ensure that each item within the carton remains intact and inaccessible until it reaches your destination.

All orders are processed and packaged within 24 hours. The items are carefully concealed to ensure that they cannot be accessed at any point during transit.

However, we have no control over customs laws in the different countries we ship to. We understand that international parcels may be subject to inspections at customs points in all countries. We advise that you familiarize yourself with your country’s customs and shipping laws to ensure that your order isn’t classified as an illegal import.

We do not replace or refund items seized by customs agents.

We have partnered with DHL to ship all our international orders. This partnership has enabled DHL to offer low freight charges that start from $7. All international orders shipped via DHL are completely track-able ensuring that you’ll always know where your parcel is at any given time.

To ensure that we’re able to keep track of your order, all international orders are shipped on Wednesday of every week. Delivery times range between 5 and 20 business days depending on your location. If your order hasn’t been delivered after 20 business days, kindly contact us so we can track its location.

Besides DHL, international orders can also be shipped via UPS, FedEx or Air Express Post. If any of these is your preferred choice, kindly indicate it in the comments section in the order form. We’ll provide you with a quote on the shipping fees charged for the service.

What happens after you place your order?

Once we receive your order, we will pick the items you select and package them within 24 hours. International orders with confirmed payments are shipped every Tuesday and Friday after the order is placed. Give your order between 5 and 20 business days to arrive at your destination.

One reason why we partnered with DHL as our shipping partner is that they also deliver to P.O. Box addresses. This has helped our clients get their orders delivered at lower costs compared to even their local suppliers.

NOTE:              DHL trackable service requires a signature at the destination address.  There will be three attempts at delivery and on the first two occasions a card will be left giving instructions on how to collect the parcel.  After the third attempt if delivery is unsuccessful and the parcel not claimed it may be returned. The dispatch fees on the initial order will not apply and is non-refundable in the event of failed delivery.
