Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. We advise that you carefully select the items you wish to buy from us. We are unable to accept returns on orders that you find not to your preferences or do not meet your expectations.
We only accept returns on orders whose items are found to be faulty, damaged or, not as described or if we shipped the wrong product. If you receive a product that has a manufacturing defect or damaged during transit, contact our Customer Support Centre within 48 hours of receipt.
Accepted returns will be replaced or the customer given credit. We do not offer cash refunds.
If you intend to return your order, follow these steps:
Call or email our Customer Support Centre at any time that you need help and notify us of your intent to return your order. You will be expected to explain the reason you wish to return the order. We reserve the right to determine whether the order can be returned ensuring that the order is delivered to us within 30 days of the purchase. If possible, put it in its original packaging. If not, ensure that you put it in appropriate packaging that provides enough protection to prevent damage.
When sending the order back, make sure that you include the return paperwork including your RMA number. This should provide information about the invoice number of the order, name of customer support representative you contacted in step 1 or email ID you received after emailing customer support with intent of returning the order and, details about the nature of the defect.
Upon receipt of your return, our quality assessment team will inspect the item(s) and a replacement will be issued if they are found to be defective.
PLEASE NOTE: Please check your item thoroughly that there is an actual problem. Over 70% of items returned are in working order and do not work due to item not being correctly placed in charging cradle, incorrect batteries used, batteries placed in incorrect position, charging pin or usb not being connect correctly. If you have any doubt, please contact our customer service team by phone as they may assist you in having your product in full working order without having to return it.
IMPORTANT: If a returned item is found to be in working order the customer will be liable for a return service fee for the cost of return of the item and will not be reimbursed for the initial cost of the return. Again please check your item thoroughly as more than 7 in 10 returns are found to be in good working order.
Products found faulty more than 30 days after purchase should be returned to manufacturer for replacement.
